Why are dwellings tested?
Air tightness testing can prove that if a dwelling meets specific standards in air permeability, providing an incentive for builders to insure that the design is well considered and the build is of a high standard. Overall amongst other things, reduced carbon emissions, reduced fuel bills and increased comfort for the occupier.
